In a nutshell, the report said that many hospital staff (who wear scrubs) don't wear clean scrubs and this easily (and often) caused the spread of dangerous germs throughout the hospital. Then these employees wear those same dirty scrubs to pick their kids up from school, go to a restaurant, go shopping and spread the germs even further. <BR/><BR/>The solution is simple. Hospitals that do not allow their employees to wear the scrubs home and wash them for the employees had dramatically lower rates of infectious bacteria problems.
